Cancellation

• You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

• Cancellations must be made through the same platform where the booking was done (website or directly with our team).

Refund

• Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

• Bookings cancelled after 24 hours are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, the booking will be marked as used and no refund will be issued.
