General Rules

• Tumble Playhouse is a kids-only play area designed for children under parental or guardian supervision.

• Parents/guardians must ensure their child’s safety and follow staff instructions at all times.

• Any damage to property caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

Bookings

• All bookings must be made through our official website or at the play area counter.

• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Payments

• Payments can be made online via Razorpay or in person.

• Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will be eligible for a full refund.

• Refunds after 24 hours will not be accepted.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Liability

• Tumble Playhouse is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or accidental injuries during playtime.

• Parents are requested to supervise their children at all times.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if a visitor violates our rules or behaves inappropriately.
